Just a small update.

I've done seven sessions with Matthew.

I emailed Rob for my therapy notes a month ago. He didn't reply to that email or my september, + feb ones either. I sent a follow up on friday saying I would be contacting the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) to make a subject data request- unsurprisingly that worked.
