I live in a small country with a population of only 19 million, so vaccine data is kept in a central database and you have to get a QR code to get the vaccine passport. Paper vaccine cards are only acceptable for 75+. I guess if you have friend in the Health Ministry, you could make it look like you got another dose. Or, maybe you can pay a hacker.

I find it really irritating that the government is trying to force all adults to get a fourth vaccine when most studies are showing that it doesn't have a proven benefit for healthier non-elder adults.
