I take the 60mg of Vyvanse in the morning, drink a coffee.. Then 15mg of Dexedrine XR at 2pm. Still the same.

The Dexedrine just sort of prolongs the peak of the Vyvanse as it wears off. Even though I don't notice much stimulation or anything, In general, my quality of life has been greatly improved - Taking it as prescribed and such.

I'm able to focus on what I WANT to focus on - Which is a loooot of ****.. But every day, I'm doing better..

I tried Wellbutrin for 3 months and it gave me sui thoughts and made me a little paranoid. But my mood has been good lately since I stopped taking it.

I think this is as good of a dose/med regimen that I care to keep the same. I feel almost hypomanic but not quite - Just normal basically.
