Hi all,

I'm new here, so this is my first post. I haven't really been diagnosed as having a depression, but I'm currently going through some really rough times in life. Some days I just have absolutely no incentive to do anything I should be doing. It's like I lack any motivation whatsoever. I've noticed that reading a great book can get my juices flowing again.

What kind of activities help you to get a grip on yourself again?

Kind regards,
Koen

PS: the book I'm currently reading is Learned Optimism by Martin Seligman. It's highly recommended and quite apprioriate reading material for people suffering from depression.
