Thanks everyone. It was fun getting back to work with my old co-worker. Even though I will be doing same job my new boss wants me to shadow marylou until we both feel comfortable with me doing it on my own. Less mistakes that way. Safety first! Speaking of safety I learned today that when someone is on the suicide prevention pathway if they no show/no call we send a caring contact (hand written notes) to them reminding them we care and are available, i really.....REALLY like that!
