The two computers involved (yours, and youtubes' server) tried to negotiate some common ground, and failed. Furthermore, if you look into the error message, they were not able to find a common encryption cipher.

do i understand it that either my internets was peeing down the kitchen sink, or the computer that youtube runs from was peeing down the kitchen sink? idk
