 Thank you, bizi.
Well, mostly because my therapist has been on medical leave for weeks and I just need her back in my life.
But honestly, I believe that the heat was getting to me this afternoon. I felt so odd! The sad feeling may have been in part my body's reaction to being overheated. Nammu is spot on - I'm sure glad I accidentally pushed that a/c button. A moment after I felt the cold air my head cleared and I felt much better. Kinda scary. I love having my windows wide open - but tomorrow the a/c goes on at noon!
