I haven't done jack this weekend. Too hot & humid. I can't say I haven't done anything though, I went food shopping, went for a walk around the block, and got a new bladder at Walmart. It's 3 liters! I also took a shower today. I've been doing bad at the hygiene thing lately. I have an NP appointment coming up soon. Going to ask to go further down on the zyprexa and up on the invega/switch to invega sustenna. I had depakote levels done too so it'll be interesting to see where I'm at in that respect too. I see My T Friday and then she's out for a bit. When am I starting ACT????
