I think I'm finally learning to read my body and know when something isn't right. So I don't have to freak out about my mental health getting crappy for no reason suddenly. Its hard being told as a teenager that its all in your head and its just anxiety. It makes it tough to be able to read yourself as an adult because you still believe those things you were told.
