I guess I feel crappy because there is reasons for me to feel crappy? I slept fine but I've been unable to get out of bed due to lack of energy. I'm on my 3rd bottle of water so I'm not dehydrated. I drank a large coffee this morning which helped me be able to switch from lying in bed to sitting up in bed. The coffee messed with my anxiety a bit and everything is messing with my appetite. I did decide to cancel my trip next Thursday which is one less stress. Basically today was just not good. Mostly physically.
