I'm switching to a fruit and vegetable only diet. I have to get enough fruits and vegetables before adding other groups of food back in. I need to do something before I stop eating all together. If I don't get a handle on it fast I will be hospitalized. I'm unsteady due to lack of calories and water. I need to find safe foods I currently have no safe foods.
