if your going to climb a mountain, at some point your going to have to put your foot forward and into a rock or crevice that may not look or feel just right....if not you cannot climb to the top
the same can be said for depression......my therapist has made it clear that until I get more exercise, eat better, and make better decisions im not going to beat depression or climb the mountain
they do understand....they understand medicine and therapy alone can only go so far
