I was stressed with work today and tired from all the nonstop days of exercise. Today might be a "rest day" meaning no vigorous exercise but I'll still get my 10k steps in.
Big breakfast of eggs, bacon, and toast, but that's fine as long as I modify meals the rest of the day to match. Lunch and dinner are on target so I should be around 1500. Making dinner now then taking Andy on a 3 mile walk to close our evening. Chopped up banana and blueberries for dessert then crashing into bed, lol.
