Having a better day!
Hello everyone,
after having a few very discouraging days, i finally found a happy medium today. No writing down everything i ate. No binges, No purges. Just ate what i wanted, when i felt hungry. I feel so empowered, I needed to share my momentum to hopefully help someone else get onto a good track.
You've all been so encouraging and now that i've had a day of normality, i hope you all can find one within yourselves too.
