Well the thing is that they might think that unreasonable is subjective? I am not sure. I think unreasonable tasks would be if I was asked to do something that I don’t have education and licensure in and what was not in the job description? Or what violates the law or state guidelines? Or time frame is unreasonable? Like type 50 pages in one hour? Something beyond your abilities could be unreasonable if it’s not in a job description? Like if I am asked to sing in public it’s beyond my ability as I am tone deaf but it’s also not in a job description. I wasn’t hired to be a singer, obviously I’d not apply for a singer job. Are they asking you to do things that are expected of someone in your position or something isn’t even an expectation?
