I hated that! The first half of my therapy, a t always said, "thats not a feeling, thats a thought! What are you FEELING???!" When i finally start to identify a feeling, theyre like, "but thats JUST a FEELING!"

isnt that what i was saying before?! Do thoughts trump feelings or vicey versey?
