Is she still getting medical help with this? If so, has she talked to her doctor/pdoc/therapist about this?

I'm sorry ... I'd suggest trying to be supportive, but not to force her to "get better". It's a tough fight... there are lots of books at the bookstore about helping others with EDs, have you read any?
