My therapist suggested eating a little more before I get to the point of complete nausea and throwing up. shaking, which has happened several times recently etc so I'm gonna start doing that and see if it helps, so the second I start feeling any beginning signs of that to eat something so it doesn't happen (I'm not diabetic by the way, I have been tested, I'm not even in the range for pre-diabetes)
