I would simply start with wherever YOU feel the most comfortable. If its not the right spot, someone will notice, and will move the post and let you know via the PM system. You can also let a moderator or admin know and they can tell you what would be best.

I would personally say the anxiety forum, as I think its related best to that, but that depends on your base reasons for biting your nails.
