Of course I chat to my family and dad just thinks I'm lazy but like seriously if that was just it I'd be performing okay. I just am very confused I don't know of any mental illness that causes you to not forfill any tasks. Now if I was old you could just say I had dementia or alzeihmers but it's like kind of scary that this part of my illness can't be explained.

There could be a thousand reasons why you “ can’t complete tasks”.
First you probably should undergo a thorough physical. There could be many physical reasons why you can’t do anything. Conditions that can make you feel weak and lethargic. After that I’m sure in due time the psychiatrist will come up
with some info on your condition after various tests etc…..Good luck
