No. It's not something I could stop immediately; that would be dangerous, or so the doctors tell me.
If I could wean off it safely and effectively, then might I be able to take it on an as-needed basis? I don't know. Could I go without it entirely? I don't know. Do I have it within me to try? I don't know.  |

I also take benzos every day on prescription
I also take no anti d. meds due to severe side effects ....
Wondering about taking on an ''as needed'' basis also, every 2 months I take one diazepam a day or less (running out on the prescription)
Maybe we could try together
