I am supposed to take it when in crisis…
I am in crisis more often than my supply allows.
I end up rationing myself, in fear, another more deafening crisis will appear.
I run out and have to struggle….
I don’t take enough and have to struggle…
I worry about my rationing….
But I have gratitude that I am not addicted.
I am a complicated human, I guess
