I'm really sorry you're going through this. It doesn't sound like you did anything wrong, and even if you did, you don't deserve to be without the medications that you need. Can you go back to your primary care doctor to explain the situation and get some sort of short-term prescription? The ER is also an option in a pinch if you don't have any other place to go and you're at risk for rapidly deteriorating without your medicine. Then in the meantime you can work on finding a new therapist and a new psychiatrist who can help you recover from all the abandonment you're dealing with, even if it requires wait lists.
