You can’t eff up by literally having the illness for which this dude is treating you. I mean how does that make sense?! Also you suggested taking a break, you didn’t threaten violence or harm him in any way.

If he thinks your plan is unwise, he can use his words and tell you so. Stopping your prescription without any further discussion is deeply irresponsible and potentially harmful to you. I second the suggestion that you go to your primary care doc (see them, don’t just call) or the ER if you feel like you’re falling apart.
