I coped decently today. I mean at least regarding controlling my anxiety. Well for the most part. I'm not sure whats up with these sudden mid morning 1.5 hour naps but my therapist thinks they help me catch up on sleep. I've needed a lot of zofran and tylenol which have helped, and I haven't eaten much but as long as mental health wise I'm not in rut I'm ok.
