Maybe. If she is bored out of her mind and has nothing better to do than trawl through hundreds of posts to 'discover' who you are. I think the probability of this happening is rather low... but yeah, I guess it might happen.

You are still allowed to say whatever you want about her. Also, she is not ethically 'allowed' to google clients - unless you and her agree that she can read your posts. So, she would be the one in the 'wrong' if she were to look you up.
