There are indeed governmental psychiatric services/emergency clinics but they have refused to prescribe my medications. None of these doctors/institutions want to touch my meds yet I as the patient have to somehow deal with it and figure it out.

I really do not understand how this is possible and how a doctor can behave so unethically and nobody can even give him as much as a warning. At the very least he should be getting treatment for whatever reason has caused him to behave like this. Unbelievable!
