think its time to go back to the doctors, and ask for help.

i dont need an increase in meds, what i need is someone to talk too, im up on 375 mg of venifaxine
but im scared they will just put me up on a new medication

i find it hard to talk to my wife as i dont wish to worry her , her mental health isnt the best, dealing with me and a son with ADHD.
