I OD'd on OTC sleep things. Sleept from 8pm to 2pm.My bed isn't the greatest so I'm in a lot of back pain too.Mentally I'm better still depressed but not agitated.
Ikd if I said this yet but my case manager is coming by Tomorrow and I see my NP in the morning.
