Of course I would prefer not to need them and I really would like to stop taking them but the reality is I can be having a good day for a while and then for no reason that I can tell my chest gets tight and my hands shake and I start pressing my top and bottom front teeth together until they hurt.
I've been taking them 4 at a time when it gets really bad knowing full well I will run out but I'm desperate for relief.
