I managed to stay busy for most of the day today at work. But now I am not busy and I am making myself miserable. It's like my brain keeps going over and over things and won't stop. Feeling alone in the world. Feeling like no one cares. (I know you all care!) Feeling stuck. I am waiting for my T to text me back. She will probably text me back at like midnight. Lol. That's what happens on her busy days and I think Thursday is one of her busy days. I have Aftercare tonight. I don't feel like going but I need to because I missed last week because my sister was here. Just want to crawl into bed, pull the covers over my head and pretend like I don't exist. Maybe everyone wants me to disappear.
