The treatment isn’t the same really. As far as I can tell it’s a matter of what works. Antidepressants for depression and things like sarcosine for negative symptoms. If you don’t already know sarcosine is a supplement that is typically in powder form and can be added to coffee etc because it’s sweet. It’s scientifically proven to help neg symptoms but one of those things that can’t be patented so the drug companies don’t make it. It works both right away and even better after prolonged use….helps with motivation etc. think of it like caffeine. Anyway ask pdoc even before adding supplements especially where you’re at right now.
