So I've been talking to L about feeling like I'm in her way, too much for her, or being a burden to her. She finally said something that clicked for me: She is confident she has the capacity to be on this journey with me. She said it's her personal and professional ethics to be thoughtful and careful about working within her competence. I found this so reassuring and relieving. And to know that not only does she want to be on this journey with me, but she chooses to be. She doesn't feel stuck, and she has no regrets.

I don't know what set off this panic in me. Yes she was late 3 times, but that doesn't usually bother me. Whatever the case, she's right: it's another brick to build our foundation with.

About her moving: she's very hopeful she won't. She said they're going to find out sooner than end of July. I don't know. I have bad luck with losing good people. She says they'll do an appeal if they decide to place her H elsewhere.
