I could probably use some steak. I'm pretty nauseated. I ate an entire tuppperwear container of cellery and then I started on a big tupperwear container of 3 medium cut up zucchni but now I probably just need protein. I had half a cookie and a muffin for breakfast. So I do seem to be more balanced then yesterday.
Basically right now my stomach feels like I overdid it with all the vegetables. My mom says it serves me right.
