Thank you everyone for your replys, hopefully now it will be as it should be ......

I know some people are busy doing other things thats fine, I know some people are shy that too is fine its just to say hi to a room full of people who are talking IN the room at the time and to be totaly ignored is not a nice feeling for me who is thick skinned so I was/am concerned about the poor people with low self esteem, newbies etc.
