I didn't eat any nuts or dairy yesterday and I am totally fine today. Besides the fact I don't have an appetite. I had a Slim Fast but that was a few hours ago. So I don't know. Nuts were a major part of my diet and I was sometimes eating 3 of those 100 calorie packs so maybe I have an intolerance to them. I didn't eat any dairy yesterday and my Slim Fast this morning was ok. Basically today I'm just not very hungry but I have vegetables and tuna and stuff if I do get hungry. Its like I go to the doctor because of stomach pain and because I can't eat so he puts me on a med that gets rid of the pain but also makes me lose my appetite. I got hungry on Thursday even with the med because of my weekly injections on Wednesdays. They always give me a teenage boy appetite the next day. But the hunger goes away the next day.
