(((((((Tishie))))))))) this too has happened to me recently on more than one occassion. They are talking as you enter and then silence. I have even gone so far as to carry on a conversation with myself there to let them know I feel ignored or unwanted.....still nothing. I agree, a hello isn't that much to ask for. If the people in the room are talking about something they would rather I not be there to hear, I would rather they ask me politely to go to another room or let me know they are discussing something they ren't comfortable sharing with me. Because I can see that they were talking on the screen as I entered the room. Say something for pete sake! That would be perfectly fine with me. And much easier to accept than the cold shoulder approach a few seem to use to get people to leave.
