Trigger for Covid

Possible trigger:

My T texted me last night and told me we wouldn't be able to have a session today because she has Covid.

I'm a little concerned because we do therapy via telehealth, so I am concerned that she is not really doing well....like she is really sick. I'm not sure I am okay with missing the appointment because I've been struggling some lately. But I don't have a choice. So I will get through it.

I went to Olive Garden with my parents on Saturday for my birthday lunch. My birthday was Wednesday but we went out to eat on Saturday. I also got my tattoo on Saturday. It's a semi-colon which is a mental health symbol which kitty cat ears and whiskers. I like it!

Possible trigger:

I gave blood on Sunday after Church. My blood pressure was good. My iron levels were good, which was good because I have been taking iron for anemia. But my pulse was high. Like over 100. I don't think it is supposed to be that high. They asked me if I was nervous. I said no, but that I have anxiety and I hadn't taken my medication yet. So I asked if I could and they said yes. I took it and then they retook my pulse five minutes later and it was fine and I was able to give blood. I don't know if I should make an appointment with my GP for the pulse thing, or assume it was anxiety, or what. I realized that she doesn't take my pulse when I go see her. She takes my blood pressure, temperature, and something on the finger...is that pulse? I don't know. Then she listens to my heart and lungs.

I am spacey and out of it today. I took an Olanzapine last night. I usually take half but I took a whole one because I was going to bed. I thought it wouldn't affect me this much today, but boy was I wrong!

I have to call Pdoc because I tried to fill my Vyvanse and they said that they didn't have a prescription from the doctor. My doctor always sends in three and I saw him on June 1st. So I don't know if the pharmacy is mistaken or my pdoc. He isn't in until tomorrow but his receptionist might be there so I am debating whether to call today or tomorrow.
