I do not mean to say or sound as though I am saying chat is alltogether a bad thing. I have had many wonderful times in the chats. I was just agreeing that it is the polite thing to do to acknowledge people that come in the room by returning their hello.

Chat is a wonderful tool that I love to use. We just all need to make sure we don't make people feel badly by ignoring them.
