only you and your treatment providers knows what you need when everything feels triggering to you.

for some it means inpatient where they are put in a white padded room devoid of anything but the white padded walls floor and door, until the right medication can be found to manage their anxiety / trigger reactions. for some it takes about 2-3 weeks in patient, for others it takes being moved to a longer term facility.

for others, (like me) its doing therapy outside of a mental hospital, mental health unit and following through outside of therapy with doing the grounding / relaxation that I learn in therapy.

my suggestion is contact your or a mental health treatment provider who can help you figure out what you need to do based on what your own triggers are.
