I had a broken night. I woke up at 3 am and noticed mum was up too, her lights were on, after an hour or so got back to sleep until 8. So altogether 6-7 hours. Pretty good. Almost off the 5 mg. I think I have one more week at this dose.

Did have a dream, not a very pleasant one. Started. Out ok, but deterred into a disjointed mess. There was a lady who became psychotic and held us prisoner.
