I recently started d3 - a month or 2 ago? - and i am starting to feel like my old (young!) self again, but i have made other changes also - taking insulin, checking my blood sugar and blood pressure more often, exercising more, going to bed earlier. But the d3 started before all these other things, so... and i am the original lady curmudgeon.
