When I am able to stick to these behaviors I feel a lot of symptom relief:
1. going to bed around nine o'clock, to be asleep by 9:30-10:00 p.m.
2. eliminating sugar, dairy, and wheat from my diet
3. consuming generous amounts of healthy proteins
