My anxiety is at a manageable level right now. I've been doing the good self talk, & I've been increasing antioxidants in my meals. I watch kids' programs on PBS tv. I'm trying to stop clenching my teeth. I periodically clench my teeth without realizing I'm doing it. My jaw is sore on one side at the moment. I'm taking Tylenol & aspirin.
