Thanks Divine and LT for the insightful comments i really appreciate them and have stored them for future reference. the situation has passed and he has obsessive thoughts but his therapist is on holidays (arent they always) and he is sending his dog back to me and he will work on the skills he needs to cope, the dog is just such a full on dog.
