I'm at the point with my anxiety where I have to be careful with drinking juice and gatorade now since the sugar can increase my anxiety. Before I only had to worry about caffeine. But as usual I've had crappy anxiety all day. I got my haircut and it wasn't a big deal overall but of course I was panicking internally the whole time and I probably came off as rude. I don't know. I thanked her at least. I can't tell if my pdoc could help me out or if he would just make things worse.
