Fuzzy and Boots, I have a suggestion for you that could help at least a bit. Amazon sells bamboo fabric pajamas. They are not expensive, and come in all lengths (tops and bottoms). The bamboo fabric is very light and cool, quite silky.
Today is 104 degrees (40 celcius) and extremely dry (better than humid, at least). Miserable. I have to avoid being outside because the heat gives me such a headache and after a bit I feel very odd.
Boots, I grew up in a home with no a/c and it was extremely uncomfortable.
