I know it must be difficult for a mom to give up on grandkids. I sometimes wonder why I did not have kids. It is a rough world to bring up kids in.

Nurturing and helping others does fill a gap that grandchildren would probably fill.

All the best to you in your quest, but you are doing the right thing by dropping the issue. Sometimes kids come unplanned and so you never know.
