I thought Sept meant a place where people could talk about what they are doing to try to improve their self-esteem

I'd say having determination to succeed. I had terrible self-esteem in junior high and high school and it manifested itself in 'rebellious' ways.

Bingo! This is exactly what I'd like to see happen! Another example is a small workbook I got when I was in the hospital. I'd love to post the exercises but I know that if it was posted in General, it would get lost. When I went through the Mental Health forums, it would have fit in any of them. Seems that most of us have issues with self-esteem since it's a common by-product of most mental health issues. I thought it would be great to have some place to deal with the problem separately.

You're opinions are welcome, so go for it!
