I went to the gym this evening. I also ate a healthy dinner. Both of these things made me feel better.
I'm seeing a pdoc tomorrow who focuses on alternative treatments to mh issues. She prescribes medication too though.
I want to really commit to some lifestyle changes that I think will help me feel better and also cope better with stress / roll with the punches. I'm looking for a planner to make into a mood journal. I want to document this.
